How can we take one space and fulfill the space to its fullest business potential?
By driving two types of audience-demographics to one space.
SHINKANSEN sells quick healthy Japanese-theme food for lunch in the day, but transformation starts between 1700-1900hrs when the space becomes THE SECRET MERMAID - a full-on bar that sells craft spirits and light bites in the night.
DISCOVER A NEW SPACE FOR WORK
Inspired by the agile enterprise and mobile workforce that has arisen from the evolving corporate landscape, the latest collection fosters a kinetic work environment to create a balance among work, rest and play.
Modular furniture solutions encourage interaction in an environment conducive for informal sessions to spring organically. Productivity is enhanced with mobile and functional units that offer the freedom to explore possibilities away from the workstation. Cost and space savings are maximised with key pieces delineating versatile breakout zones and reducing reliance on dedicated meeting rooms.
This series is a collaborative effort between designer George Soo and XTRA. With all proprietary designs developed in-house, originality and authenticity are ascertained. The refining touches on the pieces can further be customised to reflect the spirit of the organisation.
First come inspiring spaces. Next come fresh perspectives.

One–Ton is an outdoor bench that is made of concrete as a reminder of the old public benches, complimented by a touch of modern materials and colours. Just like the neighbourhood and park benches of old, One–Ton serves to revisit concrete public benches that can be used for resting or socializing in outdoor spaces.
The name of the bench is based on a clever play on the localized word Wanton (one-ton) Mee, and how the word would roll off a foreigner’s tongue in his/her first encounter with the dish. One–Ton is pun-iture that aims to celebrate Singapore’s iconic hawker fare amidst an increasingly international population demographic and the influx of other global cuisines.

An intriguing tension between diagonal circle provides a stimulating focal point in the workplace. The multidimensional frame draws attention and inspires curiosity of a user looking for a visual break.
The J-F tables can be used as an aesthetic complement to a set of lounge furniture.
Yellow is a color that never fails to escape us. We have done the ONE TON Bench in yellow. The TOM TOM for NEXT, and now the TRIDENT barstool. Here is a collection of all our favorite things...in yellow!
