NOUVEAU
NOUVEAU is a living room sofa designed for the modern Citysumer who resides in small spaces. NOUVEAU’s design features an untraditional steel structure that holds the cushions, allowing the sofa to be extremely flat. The side panel is made of eco-friendly, recycled material. The sofa can be customized to every individual’s preference, as the steel frame, cushions and side panels are all available in various colors. Simple button screws at the side panels allow the user to change the frame or design anytime.
NOUVEAU won a Merit Award in the Singapore Furniture Design Award show held in Mar 2013.

Dr.Oid
Dr.Oid is a range of furniture inspired by the longstanding debate over whether robots could ever have senses and feelings, the way humans do.
This installation is deliberately set in a home environment, to show how home automation could bleed into the physical environment.
WHAMPOA FOUNTAIN
Whampoa Fountain
I grew up in Whampoa Drive and this piece pays tribute to the area's iconic " Dragon-Fountain" , a structure that first instilled a sense of awe and fear in me as a child but later became my neighbourhood playground.
This installation comprises boxes of three different heights which can be utilised as a chair , a dining table , and a bar-table. Beyond these functions, the multiple edges and surfaces also aim to encourage discovery and a sense of playfulness. It is my re-imagined take on the " Dragon-Fountain"- to foster a spirit of community , and to be an inclusive space for fun , food and laughter.
The Whampoa Dragon was featured in Singaplural 2015 as part of The Little Thoughts Group.

Line meets curve in this unique U-shaped lounger that breaks away from the normality of squares and circles. A contrast piping provides a point of interest by highlighting the silhouette and unusual shape. Its small and unobtrusive size also allows for modular set-ups in different permutations.

ONE-TON
One-Ton
One–Ton is an outdoor bench that is made of concrete as a reminder of the old public benches, complimented by a touch of modern materials and colours. Just like the neighbourhood and park benches of old, One–Ton serves to revisit concrete public benches that can be used for resting or socializing in outdoor spaces.
The name of the bench is based on a clever play on the localized word Wanton (one-ton) Mee, and how the word would roll off a foreigner’s tongue in his/her first encounter with the dish. One–Ton is pun-iture that aims to celebrate Singapore’s iconic hawker fare amidst an increasingly international population demographic and the influx of other global cuisines.
